I believe the picture of the lion is one that Beth Moore is using on her Daniel Bible study. She says we're living in Babylon now and, after reading the study, I don't disagree with her.
The battle is real, but we do have the armor of God. We do have choices. None of us are FORCED into a sin action. The temptations are all around us & it's a conscious CHOICE to avoid them. Not necessarily easy choices, but, conscious ones.
In my own small work place, we have 3 women in their 20s going through divorce or on the brink of it. 1 of them just had a baby less than a year ago. WOW.
