Galatians 5:6 says, "For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision has any value. The only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love."
Last week the thought came to me -Merit earned love isn’t really love.
In addition - The focus on right theology has overshadowed the need for right orthopraxy. Many Christians today can explain passages of scripture very intelligently but few can explain how it should be lived. What good is right theology if our lives do not reflect its content?

Good point, Kyle. The "problem" is that humans have scales, so to speak. Scales that judge forgiveness, for instance. "I've been hurt & you haven't "earned" my love back yet." Humans have a bit of a "superiority complex" as well- humans DO judge a book (people) by its cover (the way they look, dress, act). Humans keep score. (That person has hurt me XYZ amount of times & I don't feel that I should have to forgive them.) We need to be humbled & reminded that we are ALL sinners & without Christ, we are ALL lost. Yet, we tend to judge & react accordingly based on how we FEEL. We also tend to judge the sinner, instead of the sin. We are to love all, but we are not called to love all sins.
