is this reality real?

Is it possible for there to be a world without poverty?
No.
Why not?
Poverty has always been and therefore will always be.
If it could be changed, would it be worth trying?
Yes.
Then what are we waiting for?

We are a people without imagination. A people whose hearts are numb to the needs around us. We live to increase our store rooms. In them is where moth and rust inevitably destroy. In them is where we hoard what we rob from those we choose to ignore. Apathy has filled the place where passion once lived. Passion is the capacity and readiness to care, suffer, feel, and or die for a cause. Don't we realize what we forfeit when we accept this reality? But is this reality real? I pray not. We can only find out by subjecting ourselves to a reality outside of our own. We do not exist for ourselves.
